Hi everyone my question requires a short briefing. I play KoH with my wife on 1 computer (most of the time anyway). I have a premium, my wife does not. Normally that does not cause any problems with multiaccounting.

However, since some of my firends started playing KoH they sometimes log on from my computer. Once this caused my wife's knight to be blocked for 14 days.
Just recently I tried to open an account for my firend from my home (tried to use a proxy but didn't wrok) and I got my wife's account blocked again .
We decided to buy a monthly account to let her play again and the problem is she is still blocked. The account was bought yesterday through PayPal. I think she should be back in the game instantly, right?
Will the block stop or does she have to wait 14 days? If she has to wait what wappens with the premium time bought?

PS: When you get the message your account is blocked and you can buy premium to unblock it the link to buying premium is wrong - you get linked to Information/Partner instead of Information/Premium-Account page.

I think each account that is used with another on one computer has to be verified as a leagal one by buying premium.

Well that is what we just did - I bought a monthly for my wife and she still cannot log on. I don't know what's wrong :/

you used one credit card or 2 for purchase PA ?

No for every account I think even for the one of your friend.

I used the same credit card for my wife's premium as for my account some time ago. My friend won't log in from my computer anymore so I guess he won't need premium...

Pawel, you should PM Hoern regarding the Premium account issues, he can check if the payment was done and the status of the account.

Notice the broken link to Purchase Premium who redirect you to the vote sites. When Hoern drop by, he will give more infos about this.

I not bought it, and second time I had added 30days on start of month.

I only vote for KH, but its impossible have more than 30days from votes..

You can get about 31 to 33 days of premium for voting.
And if there was a new player who wrote your name at registration (as recruiter) 2 month ago then there is additional premium for you.
