Jessica i think is better say in these case "very smart" :D
@Nobert
i count 1 by 1 each catholic nation in that post and they was 16 plus order of the temple that are orthodox, and i asked all of you if we shoudl consider them or not....
i need at least 5 minutes to write that reply. so it disappears alone?
i asked if each catholic nation can have 1 vote but probably you don't like it.
next time ask to have more influence cause your papal, don't delete others post!
If you stop with personal attacks because now we can stay on task, ie to establish the rules, then I do not mind. It is but right now no meeting held in this thread, who's going to be the new pope.
I'll give you the right to ask who is now for there to have a voice. I would not delete something there and I can not remember defenetiv fact that I had before because of what you deleted. However, Jessica started a personal vendetta, I tried to dissuade her. Unfortunately I had to remove it from the CR, because it came in peace again. And then you start off with? So, this was too much of a good thing. If you promise to stay on task, then I'll invite you as self-evident. But please do not spam!

As i wrote i agree on these ideas:
each catholic nation should have 1 vote (not orthodox cause is catholic and not orthodox, however we can do an exception for order of the templar cause them are considered arm of Papal States, however all should agree with this)
there are 16 catholic nations (17 with order) that mean at least 10 (or 11) votes for elect Pope.
For me everyone should candidate himself if is born cristian, ever a normal knight.
Elected Pope should leave him nation and join Papal States for become the king (inside game) and should act as a RP Pope.
We should also agree about how long should he live, 6 KH years? 12 KH years? more ? less?
After his death the old one can stay in Papal states as normal Count or Knight (not chancellor or is useless elect a new one) or he can join another nation or what he want.
What is beauty, or goodness, or art, or love, or God? We’re forever teetering on the brink of the unknowable, and trying to understand what can’t be understood. It’s what makes us men...

And you call me liar?
Sorry Norbert, but you started getting personal by calling me brat, thats the way it was. And in fact I cannot accept your apologize as long you continue the sentence with "but you act like one". You should also accept people having another mind then you by no calling them childish.
So on your task I repeat again my opinion which I have stated so very often now I cannot count.
Each (catholic) Nation shall have one voice (except we find agreement about stronger Nations having more, which by way was rejected by Kalisto if you would take the time READING instead of spamming) plus the Pope doesn't necessarly need to be a real player, nor living in Papal States.
And by way, if Alrik would have had a son fit in age when he died I would candidate my NPC for new Pope, but in contrast to you I respect least a little of the unity in medival game sphere and RP.
By way, as long you continue deleting posts in Vatican CF each conversation there is nonsens.

I can agree, if many have same idea, that Poland or grater catholic nation have some more votes, but not more than 2-3. Maybe is more realistic but we are here for Roleplay and i think is good that all catholic nations will be RP involved.
Poland 78 ->3 votes
Italy 36 I
Saxony 33 I -> 2 votes
England 28 I
Above number of knights of major catholic nations
all others are under 15 -> 1 vote

Now the consulting room is used only once to prepare. The vote should be the thread of the nations. I've since been opened. I'm gonna leave here again, there you are interested in the matter. Oh, of course, are involved in various CR. Even those who are not eligible to vote. As is now drawn primarily to determine the rules.

Oh, the Vatican is not the UN, where they distributed according to the voting rights of peoples. The concept provides for a England the Archbishop of Centerbury, one of Krakow in Poland, Saxony one of Cologne, one of Italy gets me out of Milan and so on. Thus, these powerful nations a permanent vote in all matters in the Curia. Small countries should have a bishop who just has only an advisory function. Deviating from this will also be appointed cardinals. One cardinal principle must be at least a bishop. The cardinal is intended for the person, not the diocese.
In Kolegium should also work more the principle of conviction. And the Pope is always the one who decides.
We want to build a church there, no representation of the peoples. That should be clear to every matrimonial.

RP talking you have right
Not RP but game balance talking i agree that not all nations should vote but only most important. But ask yourself, after this will be Pope recognized by all catholic or only by some?
We are here for talking about this.
