Actually he says he wants to make justice for England, destroyed by so many nations, not that he works for England.. It doesn't matter now.. England was complete destroyed first by Spain and allies, second by Poland and third by the hacking attempt. Unfortunately we could not fight back with an invisible force and it will need months to rebuild.
I will say nothing about the game policy in such cases.
