The only solution is for Admins to draw new shires smaller like in northern Germany only for more crowded regions...

Venice? We have Italy.

Well, it's more like Milan on the map, but if you ask for Venice, I guess Florence should be added too.
Simply there isn't enough room on the map.

Should we turn Croatia into Venice?

Good idea We can move their capital to Aquileja, change the name of that field to Venice and all will be happy (except Croatians )
