There are places where it would be theoretically possible to add some nations... there are areas that have such large shires graphically that I suppose they could be cut down and two or three shires created out of the old one... if Hoern was of a mind to to create more nations. but... we still have empty nations in the game now.

It's a hard sell to adding more castles when some of the ones we have remain vacant.

Italy to be renamed Venice sounds good , Croatia to be renamed to Venice sounds bad (at least by me dunno about you guys) , Aquileja on the other hand is under Croatian control , so in history when the Uskoks attacked Venice they were repelled , now they weren't

So I really don't know where this idea is leading to , since Venice is under Croatian control , I guess We will decide .

I would accept for Italy to be renamed to Venice (if Italy and King Rhodry wants it) and I would secede Aquileja to them for their capital to move there , or delete and country like Aleppo and replace it with Venice I would also secede Aquileja to them as well.

But renaming Croatia to Venice (two rival nations at that time) is purely and utterly ridiculous. Because who will Venice have as rival? Serbia who didn't even exist at that time or the Papal states? No Croatians were their rivals .

So the options are:
1. Italy wants to rename to Venice , Croatia secedes Aquileja for their capital and moves our capital to Dalmatia (Knin city was the throne of many Croatian rulers)
2. Replace some inactive nation , move their capital to Aquileja (Croatia secedes) and our capital is moved to Dalmatia.
there is no 3rd option.

3rd option - leave everything as it is now, And I second that

I guess thats why many Croatian rulers had throne there, they were Serbs.

It was Croatian Knin always , even when rebels of RSK rose Knin was still Croatian

Knin also means:
"City of Croatian Kings" or "Zvonimir's City"
so that's also our capital (possible)
