Lazar sat back on his chair with an unexpected look upon his face.
"I did not see this one coming. You sneaky bastard. Bishop to C6, long live the king! Well, he is gone now. He proved his loyalty, took your knight with him. The things we do for our king..."
Their laughter severed the deep silence that dwelled in the great hall. Darkness creeped all around them, retreating only to a few yellow candles and a red shimmering light that burned swiftly in the fireplace.
"Queen to C6. What do you think of this tournament in Istria? I don't remember any distinguishing knight of Croatia. I wonder if they'll organize the Tourney properly." - Stefan Dusan Nemanjic took a sip from his silver cup.
"That Queen is well covered. I think I will lose more if I go for that bitch. Rook from H8 to H6. I could never resist a skirt - one of my many weaknesses, no doubt."
" I don't remember that it is considered a weakness, haha. Queen to C1."
" Well, women would disagree. As for the tournament, I have only one thing to say - I intend to return home a rich man. 200 silver coins richer, to be precise. Pawn from E7 to E6" - he laughed violently as he chewed a big chunk of pork.
" Ah, my Rich-man, tonight you're 5 silver lighter. Bishop from D2 to G5. Checkmate."
" You diverted my attention with the Tourney talk. You just costed me a good hangover and a decent village wench. Blasted game!"
Dusan laughed and stood up.
" Shall we write an answer to our good neighbour?"
" Of course."
" You do the writing, you're the Chancellor."
Lazar wiped his hands upon his hair, drank his wine and started to write.

Enjoy the sightings of Istria when you're there. As the tournament won't last long.
Also we have some previous polish knights , bulgarian nobles and it's king , you and lots of Croatian knights. Hopefully more will join.

The first fight started , between to friends , having mutual respect the clashed their swords and cheered.
The first hit was Landed by Vukodav , who had evaded Stefans attack and countered fast.
After that Stefan got angry and hit Vukodavs arm twice in a row , Vukodav handled his weapon with pain. after exchanging blows , not defending themselfs they hitted each other hard , until Stefan hit Vukodav above the chest making him unable to breathe for a second , Stefan took that chance and finished him off with quick attacks.
So ended Stefans and Vukodavs duel

Niestanka wins the fight!
This battle was pretty one sideded , failing to choose a weapon , avithol grabbed a nearby weapon that is the "great sword" , Niestanka equiped herself with leather armor so that she could avoid the great swords hits and carried a spear and a shield.
After a hit in the torso , Avithol's shield colapsed , due to the strong hit by Niestanka , so she continued her blows and before any 1 knew it the battle was over and Niestanka was helping Avithol up , not knowing each others language they saluted and went to their tournament tents.
Ban applauded Niestanka about her experience in the duel. She may even win the duel tournament.

The crowd cheered when Ban entered the arena first , and when Zbyszko was about to enter the arena Ban clapped and told the people to cheer as much as they could. Zbyszko wore his great chain armor that was shining in the sun , while Ban wore leather hoping to dodge his attacks more quickly.
The fight began as Ban was trying to disable Zbyszkos attacks. Although he hitted Zbyszkos hand he continued to fight fiercly. The next few hits were landed on Ban to disable his quick movement. After exchanging even more blows Ban was weary and was close to falling on his back. Then he got angry and pounded Zbyszko with a few quick blows , but he didn't notice Zbyszko preparing a counter and was hit in the torso hard.
After Zbyszko picked up Ban and they went into the tavern to grab a bear.

Two great spear wielders came into the arena to test who is better with a spear. Sokmund landed the first hit by hitting Sevar with his better arm. After that hit Sevar was turning to a bit of a defensive role. Last few hits were landed by Sokmund and he was victorius. Although Sevar is strong with words he couldn't compete with Sokmunds spear skills.

although Mihovil had the crowd on his side , Rhodry had skills and expirience , Rhodry qucikly knocked out Mihovil who didn't know what hitted him. Rhodry picked him up and carried him to his bodyguards.

The crowd cheered as both knights entered the arena , a prussian knight and an croatian knight eying out each other.
Suddenly antimonius starts his attacks , he hit's her torso and pulls quickly back as fast as a tiger. But to no avail , Diedre's armor didn't even had a hole in it , now Diedre went on the offensive. She hitted him hard , almost decipating him , he fell to the ground on his knees , and the crowd didn't cheer anymore , deidre aproched Antimonius who qucikly stabbed his spear into her right leg , trying to get some momentum he continued striking the leg , and then Deidre acted quickly and finished him. Deidre went to her tent , while Antimonius was carried and accompanied with some local nobles who saw that his hand was broken.
