Where is it written anything about the relationship between the Mods and the Council?

In fact, is there anything established regarding the relationship between the Mods and the Council? The answer is no. In fact that is the main problem. You might say that these attributions can be understood from the Council's attributions, but unfortunately, as you can see, it does not work like that. People need written rules, otherwise they won't abide by them.

As far as I'm aware only the Council's attributions are written and established by Hoern. While the attributions for the Mod are only in theory, which is the problem in the first place and that's what we need to fix.

The procedures you are mentioning can be saved for the chit-chat I proposed. There we can debate them in a more constructive manner and see what everyone has to say.

Alar dear, you can argue all day long, but all my observations was based on the rules we have, not on the rules we don't have or need to settle / clarify.

When make a sticky about Petitions, first mention the rules we have who apply to the petitions and after that add if you want (optional) general rules of posting in the board and suggestions about conduit.

You cannot edit the post, but you can write and ask the RP mods to do it for you, or the mod who made it sticky should make the necessary corrections as suggested in the first post.
I do not want to have an argue (again!) with the RP mods, but the way they jump to clap and make it sticky annoys me.
