Unity has finally been achieved in Bulgaria and old territories that once belonged to Bulgaria were reconquered. But with the growing nation and population Bulgaria needed capable and experienced people to rule the shires.

Sevar entered his cabinet in the royal palace in Olt and saw that the archives for the old noble families were at his desk. He sit and started slowly reading through the pages looking for the most suitable candidate. Page after page, family after family, until his eyes fell on one heir of an old noble bulgarian family, whose predecessors once were chancellors of the khan.

He got a parchment, dipped his feather in the ink and wrote:

When he finished writing the letter Sevar called for him most trusted messanger and told him to give this letter only to Ban Moroplovac and no one else.

Ban Hurried from his war tent into the field. He was training for the battle up ahead. While he was training a messanger appeared. The messenger was almost shot by the bodyguard of Ban. Ban let the messenger near and recieved the message from Sevar. He deeply apologized to the messenger.

Then he started to write a letter to Sevar.

Yes i will let him from his oath. I remember that the same thing happened to me not a long time ago. Helping your motherland is the most noble thing to do in this age. If i had more bulgarian nobles i would send them packing to Bulgaria immedietly. Hopefuly my young knight Mert should suffice , he is a talented diplomat and a strong warrior.

Also i would like to accept your offer of the alliance. But i would like to make it a bit better.

I would like us to form a brotherly nation treaty.

2 slavich nations Croatia-Bulgaria become brother in arms. Bulgarians and Croatian would become brothers and sisters. Caring like their own.

Ban was starting to write a letter that was meant to be sent to Mert. But he couldn't fully concentrate. He then went up to a nearby hill to clear his thoughts. He could write the letter on the top of the little hill with ease.

Well, my history is a long one actually

Im a man of adventures and wars. But in Persia i was powerless againts Syria as Arabia was with them againts me. So i decided to serve to my old king. But with a crown for myslef. I decided to take over the throne of Novgorod and serve to Sweden.And i had half of my men with me without weapons but with silvers. Then i left my armed men in Persia and put a 'Persian in blood' knight as my Vazir, but when i was on my road and were too near to Sweden he betrayed me and ordered the men near me to leave the army with a messenger. and They obeyed to him because he was a real Persian but i was a noble that comes from north. So i left all my silver there as i cant handle the all chests on my own and didnt had a horse.
When i changed my route to Novgorod for rule in there i wrote a message to old Queen of novgorod about my decision and she accepted my rule over novgorod also offered me a marriege between me and her. Also Queen Laura of Novgorod was a jew and so was the Novgorod people. With Force. But with me i carry Orthodox religion to Novgorod and we decided to free the people fo Novgorod from judaism.Everyone could choose the religion he want.Of course between jew and Orthodox.There is a long long story about My problems with Smolensk Rus.But at least i didnt had any territories to expand because Smolesnk conquered all shires around us..As i wnted some shire from Smolensk rus and they thrented me with war because of a women called Queen Rival (again a long story bout her). Again. I left novgorod and moved to Hungary. Hungary had a really barbaric and fearfull history. In old times before i came to hungary, Muslim hungrian people raided almost all over the world and everyone trembled before them as i heard from neighbouring nations. With i arrived to Hungary. I let the saxon missionaries to make Hungarians as a catholic people. AS myself was not a catholic. Then i offered vassalage to king of Poland.I had a rule over there too for a while but then christian Croatian people were rebelled againts pagans and make their own independent state, as i was converted many people to christianty, i helped the christian people in Croatia too. My dear old King and brother Led them to light, and builded Croatia. We have been brothers with Ban Moroplovac the king of Croats, with a old ritual in croatian lands, Drinkd bloods of each other. And then Sevar Chanchellor of Bulgaria, My dear Bulgarian Brother called me to help my Motherland to prosper. Then i answered his call and am now in a tavern in my future shire, Sibiu. After this time, Only God the Almighty knows what will be our two peoples fate as we promised to sign a treaty with each other. Also i would like to let you know that Im really happy about this brotership treatment..Im a bulgarian! But when my brothers in croatia needs help, i know and i let u all know that i will be a croatian in the battlefield, againts enemies of my croatian brothers.
And i also hope that with this brothership treaty all croatian and bulgarian nobles and people will think as i thought.
