Under its majesty, Car of the Serbian Empire are Despots and Kings who pledge to its rule.
Kings rule the Kingdoms of their realm and may subject to his majesty's wise rule.
Despots rule the Serbian Despotates and are under direct rule of his majesty.
Paralel with this organization are Orders of the realm, they are ruled by the Grand Masters who may only be Kings or Despots of the Serbian Empire, they have colony shires under their rule with the blessing of the Car.

Serbian Empire currently has four Despotates:

Srem Despotate
Shires: Buda, Banat, Macva (capital), Slavonia
Bosnian Despotate
Shires: Dalmatia, Zahumlje, Travunia, Bosnia (capital)
Rasian Despotate
Shires: Kosovo, Beograd, Raska (capital), Nis, Vidin
Greek Despotate
Shires: Epirus, Ohrid, Thessaly (capital), Rodopen, Ioaninna


Serbian Empire currently has one pledged Kingdom:

Kingdom of Hungary
Shires: Theiss, Hungary (capital), Banatului, Hajdu-Bihar, Carpathia

Serbian Empire currently has two shires under direct control of its majesty:
Shires: Duklja (capital), Apulia


Serbian Empire currenly has two Orders under its majesty's rule:
