To the Monarchs of the nations in England's neighbourhood far and wide,

let it be known that England is calling a manhunt for the vile and cowardly thief, who recently cast all of England into chaos. He broke in to the Chancery of England, making off with the Great Royal Seal of England and using it to send falsified orders to her Majesty's armies and nobles, to officials high and low alike, starting an uproar amongst the peasantry and causing as much confusion and damage as possible. Finally, adding insult to injury, the thief stole the favourite warsteed of Chancellor James.

The thief was last seen setting fire to the harbor, before he decamped from England after completing his destructions and fleeing for parts unknown. We ask the aid of all right minded and chivalrous knights in the endeavor of bringing the foul creature to justice.

May he be hunted wherever he goes and may all knights honorable and true turn their faces from such disgusting cowardice as displayed by that creature. When caught he shall stand his trial and be condemned to his deserved end, may his soul roast in hell. Should he however be killed on sight, England will have no objection to that either.

Be assured that should your nation ever face similar travails, we will return the favour. While we have met in the past and will meet in the future some nations, with whom we have disagreements, on the field of battle, England will ever meet it's foes head on.

We trust that you, our neighbours, will likewise call such basic decency your own, that will ever deplore and scorn such sneaking thievery, cowardice and weakness, as shown by such backstabbing scum, lower than the dung scraped off the bottom of one's boots, afraid to meet and face their enemies in an honest fight.

Those nations who have already offered England their support and aid and have stood by us in our hour of need have England's deepest gratitude.
