Not as long as you use a false "independant" NPC (who isn't a NPC anymore!) to play with as your second in-game character and interact with PC knights submitted to the game mechanics in an unfair way!

The good news is I'm not playing unfairly, so you can relax and get back to the game.

You was so mostly surprised and "revolted" in Hoern allowing to play 2 knights,

What I wrote is below (including the spelling error! )

Where in that did I say I was "revolted". If you are going to make statements about what I have said please use the Quote mechanism provided for the purpose, to avoid accidents.

James wrote (continuing from above):

two characters submitted to the game mechanics, but what's the difference between this and playing two characters, one knight and one fictional character as Playing Character?

It has interesting possibilities.

Since Hoern has declined to require the second Knight to be in the same nation (which was my suggestion, and I still support it) I think I will make a second PC, and join Denmark, since it seems you need all the help you can get right now.

We'll be a team: what shall we call ourselves?

QUOTE:

You are playing two characters already, dude! That don't disturb you and makes it hard to sleep?

Actually I have six NPCs listed in addition to my PC. I find it hard to sleep as a result of my cancer treatment, but the NPCs don't make a jot of difference.

QUOTE:

The only difference is that a fictional character not submitted to the game mechanics gives an unfair advantage over PC knight characters and that disturbs me and makes it hard to sleep!

With respect, I think I face the more difficult challenge.

By the way, when you're out of arguments, you're using insulting comments instead? Is this a proper behavior for a tech-moderator?

My home city is called "The City of Churches"; it has lots of Churches, and hence lots of bells. And hence lots of bell-ringing, a veritable campanologists feast!

I get enough bell ringing in RL, I really don't want any more.

I asked you---nicely---not to ring bells; certainly not an insult.

Mainly of course I just wanted to use the word "campanologist"...

QUOTE:

We were just talking, it wasn't proposed any ban or sanction, just draw your attention that playing two characters, one of them a fictional character is unfair and against the game purpose.

I'm fine with the fact we can disagree, and pleased that you no longer say it is cheating.

I do agree that NPCs could be used in all sorts of unfair ways (e.g. flying around the map at high speed); I don't agree that I have done so.

...look who's talking...

Oh, please don't say he learned that from me. Generally I was insulting with arguments.

Man, I love this song, le'me sing it to you ( I hope you're not in a sort of singing town to make a crisis that I disturb your sleep):
QUOTE:
Dashing through the snow
In a one horse open sleigh
O'er the fields we go
Laughing all the way
Bells on bob tails ring
Making spirits bright
What fun it is to laugh and sing
A sleighing song tonight

Oh, jingle bells, jingle bells
Jingle all the way
Oh, what fun it is to ride
In a one horse open sleigh
Jingle bells, jingle bells
Jingle all the way
Oh, what fun it is to ride
In a one horse open sleigh

A day or two ago
I thought I'd take a ride
And soon Miss Fanny Bright
Was seated by my side
The horse was lean and lank
Misfortune seemed his lot
We got into a drifted bank
And then we got upsot

Oh, jingle bells, jingle bells
Jingle all the way
Oh, what fun it is to ride
In a one horse open sleigh
Jingle bells, jingle bells
Jingle all the way
Oh, what fun it is to ride
In a one horse open sleigh yeah

Jingle bells, jingle bells
Jingle all the way
Oh, what fun it is to ride
In a one horse open sleigh
Jingle bells, jingle bells
Jingle all the way
Oh, what fun it is to ride
In a one horse open sleigh

James, since it seems your campanological addiction to bells cannot be overcome, I offer you the following to add to your collection:

QUOTE:

"Oranges and Lemons" say the Bells of St. Clements
"Bullseyes and Targets" say the Bells of St. Margaret's
"Brickbats and Tiles" say the Bells of St. Giles
"Halfpence and Farthings" say the Bells of St. Martin's
"Pancakes and Fritters" say the Bells of St. Peter's
"Two Sticks and an Apple" say the Bells of Whitechapel
"Maids in white aprons" say the Bells at St. Katherine's
"Pokers and Tongs" say the Bells of St. John's
"Kettles and Pans" say the Bells of St. Anne's
"Old Father Baldpate" say the slow Bells of Aldgate
"You owe me Ten Shillings" say the Bells of St. Helen's
"When will you Pay me?" say the Bells of Old Bailey
"When I grow Rich" say the Bells of Shoreditch
"Pray when will that be?" say the Bells of Stepney
"I do not know" says the Great Bell of Bow
