The Synod only showed us that the patriarch of Constantinople as character in RP wants you to be pope no longer as many other characters do. That is not mobing you out of the game but to try to remove you from a position in the game which must be allowed or else the whole RP would have no sense. That is a RP you provoked with your

@Dietrich
You are wrong in this case. Sergios never called for a removal of Gregory as a pope. He called for a separation of worldly power and clerical office. To achieve this he suggested that the shires of the Vatican should be taken under custody.

@Gregory
I find your posting stunningly aggressive. Because of this I will only respond with some remarks.

1. No cheating happened here. As I already pointed out I am quite sure that you misinterpret Hoerns posting.

2. If Sergios had been a PC this would not have made any difference for Gregory. As it made no difference for Gregory that others who blamed him were indeed PCs.

3. It is your choice to play the pope as a militant character, who fights in battles. Other players have a different view on the role of the clergy and it is their choice to address that in roleplay. There is no reason to complain.

4. No revelation is needed to see that you do not distinguish between a player and the PC or NPC. Your last posting shows that again. One among several examples is this one:
I said:
QUOTE:
I never attacked you as a player on any public board. I never tried to mob you to get you out of the game.

Your response:
QUOTE:
It is that so? What was "Holy Synod in Constantinople" then lately?

I explicitly was talking about you as a player and in your answer you present attacks on your PC as a "counterexample".

I only wanted to point out your number four Julian. Regardless of the fact that your so called attack on Greogry wasn't even made in a direct way.

I hereby ask Hoern if he reads this to explain if it indeed is cheating in the way of the game rules what a lot of players do. Obviously your last statement has been interpreted as a pro argument by all sides.

Den Uxi: you're just an enemy in the game, ofc you want the removal of Florian, Alrik, Gregory , you even asked in an ultimatum, that have nothing to do with rp or with my mentality. Even your participation in the " Holy Synod of Constantinople" rp is out of line!
To gather all the enemies in the game and mob my char by calling names and so and the relation between a so-called patriarch and one who use to butcher christian is out of line.
Don't try to present the facts other than they are.
A patriarch, self-named or not cannot accuse the pope of things and a synod which include christian and pagans without the pope participation and approval have nothing holy, is just a conspiratorial meeting under the patronage of a frustrated player who use to cheat in order to make accusations and reach his goals in such infamous way.
There is nothing wrong with being a militant pope, but it's all wrong when it comes to a so-called self named patriarch who use to cheat in order to accuse the pope of things, even his accusations coming from his frustrations have no value so ever.

@Julian: I repeatedly prove with multiple arguments that you are cheating, have the common-sense and decency to stop denying the evidence! If Sergios had been your knight as it should be and how most of us use to play, you could be accused of things too, but since you aren't, the principle of reality is not respected and only you can make accusations! That is what I call cheating! But if your knight it was a holy man who don't use to fight, you could say the pope is a militant pope and ask questions, but it isn't the case!
You have no jurisdiction in Vatican or over the pope to size Vatican shires or to decide by yourself if the pope is holy enough or don't. Who do you think you are to put the pope (not even present or represented) on a trial with witness and mob him?
Your plot with pagans and your relations with pagans are not new and that makes you also a pagan in the eyes of the faithful. Still I didn't ask for your removal or the shires of Byzantium to be seized.
About your example, the second sentence is referring to the char., since you cannot mob me as player in rp!
But I think a cheater as you are and a player full of frustrations can use any argument, valid or not!
I give you countless arguments and you didn't respond, still deny the evidence. It's shameful indeed..

Well Julian could of course made an NPC by himself to have his proof for your crimes but instead of you we are all playing within the rule that an NPC has to come from the players enviroment.
Dietrich den Uxi is not and was not ever involved in the Synod and has not interrest in christian matters if it doesn't serves Swedens good. And helping the Christians to see you are doing wrong is a good way to serve Sweden in the game. You are the one beeing frustrated by having not cared for the other christian authoritys too long and now you are getting problems with it.
In the very moment Sergios II took a clear postition against your deeds in the game you started an off topic disscusion to forbid clerical NPC's just because you can't accept you made lots of giant political mistakes.
You would write a hyman of praise for clerical NPC's as long as they support you.
Just win your conflicts within the RP board and the Map than we are all friends.

Gregory - there are plenty of grounds on which the position enunciated by Sergios can be attacked - you just need to stop complaining and start thinking creatively. I'm sure we all look forward to it.

@Smelgar: I'm not complaining and the difference between me and Julian is that I didn't try to mob him or to get out his char. from the game, I was creative enough by suggesting him to play with his knight according to the rules and combine his multiple chars, not his char. to be removed from the game. I didn't intend any damage to be done to his char. as he did with mine, only to stop using an unfair advantage (cheating) by using to play with a NPC instead of his knight. it's not only that he use it to damage my char. in this unfair way, but also he cannot be accused of anything, since he don't respect the principle of reality!
I didn't only point out a way to avoid the rules and take an unfair advantage in the game, but I come with the solution that no char. to be deleted, it doesn't seems to you creative enough?
Since i present this solution, I don't know you accuse me that I only complain, in fact you can read my statements and see I didn't complain, but come with a solution the rules to be respected and nobody to have an unfair advantage towards the other players!
I suggest that you read my posts full of demonstrations and arguments, not complains, before making such affirmations.

@Den Uxi:

Oh, it wasn't your NPC and your post in the Synod thread? I think I will ignore such a liar like yourself from now on who don't use arguments, but lies and ignore all the demonstrations because you're enemy in the game and seek the cohesion of Catholic nations to be destroyed.
Get a life, dude, try to make the difference between the char. and the player, we are not talking now about rp and how a char. must act to meet your standards, we are talking now OOC about a subject who is totally different of what you're saying, you have no arguments, only insults.
From now on I will not respond to your insults and lies, but if you continue to attack me as player in an non-rp topic, I will ask you ban, since you're out of limits.

I quote your kind words to return them to you without any changes. You and I must be perfect soulmates, thinking exactly the same things about each other.
