He removed all of his clothing and teared his sleeves into small pieces which he then put into the water and with them cleaned his wounds after that he used all the dry scraps to bandage any major wounds he dressed up then leaned to the banks to drink some water and poor some water on his face opening his eyes he looked at his reflection"who am i?"
