Note of protest for the Kingdom of England 18.08.2010 08:46:26 --- 1 Year, 5 Months ago
|
|
QUOTE: To his Royal Majesty Gregory I, King of England,
Your Majesty, following the presence of the English troops on our lands in the province of Ostmark, I wish to forward you an official note of protest. Your Majesty did not have the permission of the Grand Prince to cross our territory, nor was this permission asked for, therefore the presence of your troops can be characterized as abusive and disrespectful. The Russian nations respects England and we expect the same respect back.
So, this will of course be your first and final warning. Any other such actions with out permission in the future will result in a declaration of war.
Respectfully,
Khael, Foreign Minister of the Grand Principality of Smolensk

QUOTE: Dear Khael, Foreign Minister of the Grand Principality of Smolensk
Our troops enjoy a break from the rigors of war visiting your lands, this is the way you treat your guests?
Well, I didn't expect exactly a red carpet and the Grand Duke himself to welcome our brave soldiers, but at least an welcome comity together with some nice russian girls and some drinks would be more appropriate, don't you agree?
Don't allow our tired soldiers to rest by telling them to go away was a nasty thing from your side, are you barbarians or christian people? I meet a better hospitality even to the pagan arabs or to the eskimo near the pole. Shame on you!
If we are not welcome as friends, next time when we will travel in your lands we will face both the adversity of the clime and your people. You see, English people is a friendly one, we cannot stop ourselves to make contacts with other people and share with them a part of our kind soul, no matter how we are received, friendly or hostile, because that's our nature.
That is for now, I forwarded your protest to the commander of the army and they will leave your lands at the scoring, but keep in my we will come back, because we want to know you better.
Your servant,
Gregory I, king of England and so many places that I forgot, Head of Anglican Church
