Everyone has what attracts them to the game. As I said elsewhere Snorre and I are working on a new vid recruitment video, but it will have a different appeal than the first one I made. The first one I made was more of the Rp style. Not to mention it would be more beneficial to add better rewards for refer a friend... perhaps a simple point to a stat of choice for every joining regardless of the length of time.

Certainly some of the tech people can put up ideas that can promote that side of things in a vid. Then perhaps we can attach a vid to each mailing. I know for proper reward in other games I was known to mail out over a thousand invites, and most still play there even though I stopped playing!

The vote thing is ok, but not really on the best and most popular sites around the world. Perhaps some better sites are in order.

Nah, Maj right. I play the game because I saw a naked woman spot, want to go for it but click next to it and here I am.
Thought that spot is related somehow with the game and keep playing in the hope I'll find my wanted spot.

When I saw Molly naked.. erhm.. the signature, don't think to something else.. I thought i found the link with my spot... even I added the naked in my signature if you remember..

As general idea, would not be much more interesting to play the game naked? What do you think, Smelgar?

I only says the named cart being the nation's cart must be under the king and chancellors control or it will be a chaos. Thats a different thing.

In fact my proposal with in-game actions based on food as resource gives a lot to do for normal knights. Also it will be realistic, in that times people use to struggle for food.
Having the fiefdoms affected by Famine will bring to the knights a lot of action in order to compensate the effect. Thats the game need it, action to all the knights, because that will also generate RP.
But the way Disasters affect the fiefdoms must be changed, must be created an unbalance people struggle to compensate with their actions, not like now when the thunder randomly hit some fiefdoms and thats it.

Contests, RP contests, whats that, a beauty contest? This is a serious simulation game, not a beauty contest, my friend. Still notice I'm not against a wet shirt contest.

I certainly didn't say that - and don't believe it to be the case in general. I agree with you in about 90% of the cases, surely you can allow me to disagree (and explain why I do so) in the remaining 10%. Obviously I don't think there would be chaos; perhaps I'm wrong, but I'd prefer to err on the side of giving the power to the counts and if it turns out to be a problem (as you predict that it will), then fix it then.

This is true. However, whilst the current (fief) trade carts will become more important, they are not exactly the most exciting element of the game, nor the most playable.

I agree 100% with this part (I thought that was clear), and further note that increasing the effect of catastrophes will result in people having to invest in the catastrophe mitigation buildings, thus countering the practice of leaving these unbuilt (or knocking down level 5 after level 6 built) in order to maximize silver income.

Yeah - I agree, I'd prefer not to have any contests - I was simply suggesting a fall back option: if we must have contests, then I'd prefer the form I suggested instead of player versus player.

Nah, this is kind of newspaper, those who play RH knows whats all about. Articles, games, rewards, everything to make the game more attractive in it, as players suggested in this topic.
Hoern distribute as message to everybody in the game. The SS it's a part of it.

This newspaper is a very good Idea, maybe one of the tec-mods can manage it?

well, why a mod must do this? why can`t a normal player manage that? the only thing he must do is, to collect the news, players sent him. than he has to make one nice thing out of it and send it to an admin(to send it to all players)
