Anyway, I think the topic's subject is expired because Hoern already stated he will solve the issue.

PS: Molly, before accusing anyone (or anything) of having multis you must have solid proof such as a paragraph of a convo or preferably a screenshot. Otherwise it would only be a witch hunt, case in which we could begin to think that all big and/or strong factions use multis (including Ireland). So don't start a topic you are unable to back.

Alar what I have witnessed in RH is exactly that, and yes I am aware Ireland would be subject, and accept such. It is as a monarch it is a concern to me, and does not disqualify the question if it will be. Please do not lecture over a simple question and someone doing their job as listed.

Simple question. How do you split "multi account" and account of brother, sister, kid, wife, parrot, dog or cat from your house who use the same computer?

I think you know what I have on my mind. right ?

I am not lecturing, just telling you the straight facts. Whether some factions have multis or not is a matter of what evidence you can bring forward to back the accusation. No one will go around accusing faction "x" of using multis just because "it seems" like they "might" have multis.

To answer Witold's question:

Witold, what you mentioned is subject to debate:

1. If there is another KH-playing person who has access to your account than that means its multi (even if its only sitting);

2. If the account is overtaken by a non-KH player, than he just plays the role of a sitter for you and that's all, so its not multi;

3. If you have a brother who uses the same computer in order to play KH, than Hoern will probably take it as multi simply because he can never be sure that there are indeed two real people playing the same game from the same computer. In the end it could be a single person playing two accounts, and he can't take that risk. So that may be considered multi as well, although I think Hoern might understand you in the end IF you present him with a well argumented point of view;

There are other possible situations, but which unfortunately cannot be covered because one can never know for sure if you are indeed acting as a sitter, or you use multis.

This council has to be able to conduct investigations into the duties that it has been assigned. As if multis even usually post! Fact is if a person comes to us with a complaint it is our responsibility to address. Fact is it is our responsibility to sort out if said complaint falls into our tasks. Fact is this council is the voice of the players. Fact is any one can ask a question. Fact is yes Brittany is plainly obvious, and still being allowed to break our rules. Which means unpunished behavior which also falls to this council of knights. Fact is that this council with Hoern need to decide what is at our disposal to do to conduct these investigations. Are we allowed to ask for a screen shot of a nations members list looking for the x's? Then do we have ability to ask those with those nasty red x's why they have an red x? Or do we just report our findings of red x's to hoern? Fact is one of the things said to the "new" recruits of Brittany that is the issue that caused his warning was three letter names, and ect. Well just look to the other nations.... Lastly it is simple as this... If a RL family member is playing on the same computer as original accounts... They should report to admin for their own protection! I have encouraged this of my knights, and have done myself. Take heed cheating is serious, and in RH there were mass deleting of accounts with out question. I do not think this is such a bad idea myself. I am curious what will really show here in KH if such was done like in RH. Yes I know my nation has these siblings. My own account has my RL daughter though we never play on the same computer it is the same wi fi. I know of others in my nation who have that X beside their name, and I have explained to each what it means, and investigated it. They were instructed to inform Hoern of their RL situation, and it was left at that. There is no reason for fearing as if it is valid Hoern would keep a list with understanding, and you would be covered in the mass delete.
