you'll have to wait for your vitality to go up. You're "disabled" not dead. I'm not sure if you have to have 40 or 30 vitality to train again. Next time watch that vitality meeter. Parata sedes tua!

As Ban allready mentiont you are just disable not dead, this happen if you loose Vitality Point lower than 30, if this happens your disable, which means you just recover 3 VP per day, till you reach 30 VP again. During this recovery time you cant train or make duell as well as move with your knight. One exeeption if you are in a army at the time you get disable you will move with the army.
