Is it possible to buy regional armour of different culture? For example can I buy viking regional cloak or helmet and it will remain the same, when I'm Polish?

Yes of course you can buy regional clothing from other regions of the world. For example I am from Russia and I bought a Prussian regional coat.

Yeah, you do have to have Premium account to buy it and to wear it. Also, once the Premium account expires your clothing will remain on, just that it won't be visible anymore, at least not until you don't renew your premium account.
