I saw exactly the same text but in Polish. Even in English (which obviously isn't my first language) I had no problem with reading this text
Also, I think, that 90% of people who know English can read it...

I think everybody can read it, it's not cuneiform or sanskrit. The problem is with understanding, that some people shows they have the same problem with normal english already!
