Dear Ljudislav, King of Serbia.
It's true, betwen Italian and Serbia Kingdoms the diplomatic relations has always been good.
And I would like it will be so in the future too.
But you ask to Italy to left the Corsica Shire, without consider Italian point of view.
In the A.D. 1017, when I was a young knight Count of Appennino, my King has asked me to left my charge, to go in Corsica and to take Castagniccia Shire, where for some months I've been Count of a wonderful land.
Then the King has ordered me to left my new Shire and go back in Appennino.
I've never known the reasons of my king for the conquest and then the renunce of Castagniccia Shire, and without questions I've done what he has asked me.
The memories of that period are wonderful and clear in my mind, and i've always had a dream, to come back in that island, where I've been Count.
Now when I has take the Italian army to take a new shire, my target was Castagniccia Shire, but you have take it before my arrive.
So I've observed Corsica Shire, and I've seen it is very similar in the aspect and in traditions to Castagniccia, so I've decide to take it.
I'm sure you will understand my reasons, and you will decide to divide the Corsica island with a Kingdom that has always had friendly relations with Serbia.
Your nations is one of more powerful of the known world and I'm sure you will find other lands to take in sobstitution of a land in a remote Island of the west Mediteranean Sea, so far by your Nation.
Rhodry, King of Italian Kingdom.
