Exactly yesterday one year ago our beloved community artist Droch initated a KH-wide poetry contest. Beeing one participant of this splendid event and having seen some extraordinary poetry back then I'd like to encourage you all to join yet another contest of this kind.
As we all know RP and literarily skills in KH have constantly decreased within the last month...both in quality and quantity. We should not accept that!

Thus I invite you all to join me within the next month for another round of:

One and All with Artistic Talent

Beeeing a traditionalist I think starting with the original first taks of the native contest is just fine.

Then we'll start the first round as described in a second thread.

There hasn't been an actual jury in the original contest which is clearly a good idea because everyone (including the initiators) who is interested should submit texts instead of booring opinions.
They used to grant everyone right of vote and every participant could vote for another poem thus also gaining a point for his own (don't know exactly if that's good so there's room for discussion here).

So please people subscribe for this to become a great KH-event.
I especially hope for the extraordinary skilled winners of the last time Smelgar and Seighin.

I'm glad (NOT!) seeing how much interest this proposal is bringing to the community.

wonderful idea, and i may as well participate if i find the time to put in something readable (hectic and prolonged exams period for me)

Poem submitted for round one.. barely on time too.. now waiting for the 2nd round.

Voting for round one will be online soon. However real life is buisy and my marriage turney, a Saxon-Finnish rebellion and some English corsairs are causing a lot of RP right now and this is eating a lot time. Please be understanding

Real life first, and there is such a thing as RP overdose, so no worries or pressure. If you have a topic and format for round 2 though, that would allow everyone to proceed in creating without extra hassle for you at this time.
