Serbian Empire accuse Italian Kingdom of false crimes:

1 - Attempting to help Croatian invasion on Serbia via diplomatic channels.

Italy has never helped Croatia.
On the contrary, Italy has admitted the Croatian error, condemning the non observance of the peace treaty by our ally.

2 - Massing armies on Serbian border with aggressive plans, which includes Croatian and Muslim Jihadist armies.

The Italian experience of the last 30 years, has showed that Serbians armies on our borders has always meant only one thing: a declaration of war by the Serbian Empire, and also this time, the 30 years of experience have shown the true nature of the Serbs.

The presence of Muslim mercenary armies like defense forces, was a wise precaution. I am sure that nothing would change (Muslim or non-Muslim troops), the Serbs would in any case declared war against Italy.

3 - Supporting Sicilian raids in the Mediterranean.

The Papal State, is the Italian witness.
Few months ago (RP Time), Sicilian Troops using an Italian shire launched an attack against Rome, but they have not been able to retire on the Italian territory.
Defeated were dissolved and segregated in Papal State prisons.

I have never been opposed to the peaceful presence of foreigners on my land, but Rome is the capital of Christianity and I will always be ready to defend it.

4 - Sabotaging the Crusade for liberation of Jerusalem, including helping the Muslim Jihadists fallback.

Never an Italian Knights Counts or King have do something to sabotage the Crusade.
Informations in my knowledge has never been comunicated to noone.

For the Aragonian case, the fallback of Muslim troops has been an unlucky episode, they are entered in Italian territory only for few kilometers, they have not engaged our defense troops, after these episode, considering that I have always assured to Aragon, that Lenguadoc shire was a sure shires for their borders, consindering the unlucky fallback event, I've personally decide to give the right of this shire to the King of Aragon!!!!!

The only reasons that took me away from my mother's interests,Myrkira, was only the infamous war waged without any valid reason by England, worthy Friends of the Serbian Empire.

6 - Engaging in a war with England while neglecting the duties of a Christian kingdom in the heart of Europe.

Italy has only send tropps to defend Saxony shires.
Italy has never attacked England shires, not before being attacked
Italy has been attacked without declaration of war in the Beran Shire, and we have endured this first attack without declaring war on England.

Then England has decide to attack other Italian Shires, and we have fought a big battles where with the aid of good we have won against England and Scotish Armies. We have won because we was to the side of justice, in the same Saxony are too to the side of justice, and as opposed to the Croatian situation, I don't condamn the Saxony attack against the England Shires!!!!

Other sovereigns, albeit indirectly involved, can easily check that my conduct, and that of the whole Kingdom of Italy was unexceptionable.
