I agree with first idea but not with second.

But not with second. What are 3 or 4 days? Its not a problem to wait for that.
It should be atleast a month, its a bit harder to wait for that

Borna: but what will do your.. successor when you leave throne? Croatia will wait month without King? There still will be old chancellors, but month its too much.

For new kings Im not really sure

you still dont think about these who dont cheating.

take a look on my situation. I was on holiday, and had only few days to set new chancellors (old one was offine in same time as I). 4-5 days, it isnt too much, but whole month? We fought against England.. 125silver pay day per shire (after first 4days). It is big problem for country. I think week is good solution.
Week without banishment and releasing.

Hmmm yes you are right, but week is also easy to wait for, two perhaps? But then it sucks for fair players...
