Therefore, with the blessing of the Imam of Libya, I call for a Jihad against the Byzantine Empire with the purpose of claiming back the city of Jerusalem and eliminating any other Byzantine threat around the city!

And remember: all those who choose the path of the Jihad, will win Allah's favor.
