England deplore Serbia invasion and the atrocities committed on that occasion. In an attempt to end this situation we propose the following:
Mutual Protection Pact between Serbia and England:
Terms:
1) The signers of the Mutual Protection Pact, called "the Pact" in the following sections, are: the Kingdom of England, the Serbian Empire, called "Signers" in the following sections.
2) The Pact becomes valid when both sides mentioned in section 1 sign this document.
3) The Pact remains valid until year 1045, when it may be extended by the agreement of both Signers.
4) The Pact can be modified after being signed if the both signers agree to the changes made.
5) The aim of this Pact is to improve the quality of defenses of the Signers.
6) If any of the Signers is attacked by any other nation, the Signers will offer Military Assistance in defending the territory and help to recover the shires lost.
7) In case one of the Signers have an alliance treaty with a third party involved in conflict, they have to remain neutrals and make efforts the peace to be restored.
