It's not really possible to restore Denmark or Scotland: all Hoern did in the case of Spain is make it so Knights can reacquire fiefs for free, and all the Danish and Scottish Knights have left (either nation, or in some cases the game).

Ireland can be restored however.

It is not fair to resore Ireland and not restore Scotland and Denmark. It's not only about giving back the shires for free, it's about the buildings in the castle and other shires that was restored.

Charles could say exactly what was restored in Spain.

As I recall he did say what was restored, and it was quite limited.

well just to clear anything up we were given back control of shires, and fiefs were returned to their owners.

No shire improvements or silver was restored.
