I must confess that I was impressed by Derg's post: http://knights-honor.com/component/option,com_fireboard/Itemid,181/func,view/catid,5/id,89600/#89600 As military I must confirm most of Derg's ideas are right and some of them profound. Also the sincerity in presenting the facts impressed me. Not sure why he was demoted, but I would like to have such commander in charge to our armies.

Oh yeah.. Sunzi would be proud of it^^ but every nation which cares more about its army than everything else is a nation without future... perhaps not in a game where soldiers can´t die, but in every another realm..

@Linus - as a matter of fact he made it clear that only in war some rules should apply, as long as it`s peace war chieftains would be less important than politicians ...
And I think he is not talking about the nation army as the most important fact even in war, I think is more about the nation fighting force (including allies armies, morale, etc)
Quite interesting in my opinion, for most aspects of those I can testify myself

Actualy it includes pretty much every aspect of war and i agree with him except in one part of what he said about Croatians, it is rp bla bla... but that is only thing that have no point...
