Ok something i dont understand happened this scoring in sea battle in 1088

My army commander has set fallback order to 107, but army disbanded.

Huh?

You cannot land with the army after losing a sea battle. As general rule, the army is disbanded if you lose a sea battle.

My only question is the presence of a friendly port allows a fallback or the army losing a sea battle will be disbanded no matter?

So if you lose sea battle you are disbanded, no matter of anything ?

I`m quite sure the army will be disbanded, no fallback will prevent this, even in a friendly port. This is the rule for any army fighting in a seafield, i think the program check if is a battle in seafield, and don`t check anything else (programming would be more complicated, not impossible but ... )
