QUOTE: To Khagani Dorenn of the Khazar,
Your Highness, the Kingdom of Poland is withdrawing it's forces from the Rostov-Smolensk-Kiev conflict, as we believe this is the shortest route to establish peace in the east. As we have already made our cease-fire proposal to Rostov and Smolensk, we will obliged to make an offer to you as well.
We would like to ask you for signing a cease-fire under the following terms:
1. Withdrawal of Polish forces from the lands east of Polish borders with the quickest route possible
2. Withdrawal of Khazar forces from the territory of the Kingdom of Poland and the Grand Duchy of Kiev, to stop further escalation of the conflict
3. The cease-fire will last for 2 years, and is a base for further peace treaty.
4. The status of the shires of Polish and Khazar will be restored to status from before the war
5. No reperations will be paid to any of sides involved in this agreement.
With regards,
King Maria Leszczynska of Poland
*Signed & Sealed*

QUOTE: Dear King Maria Leszczynska of Poland,
since we are mercenaries, we stop fighting as soon as Rostov signs a cease fire or as soon as we are released from fighting or told to stop fighting. So far I have not received any.
Once peace is there, our job is done.
Kind Regards
Dorenn de Almhuin, Khagani of Khazar

QUOTE: Dear Khagani Dorenn,
As Poland no more regognizes such title as a mercenary, we felt we our obliged to ask you for a cease-fire as well. It is your choice only to remain in this war, according to our policy considering so called "mercenaries". If you and your Khazars will happen to change their minds, please, treat this invitation to cease fire as open.
With regards,
King Maria Leszczynska of Poland

QUOTE:
Dear King Maria Leszczynska of Poland,
I never received a declaration of war from Poland. Thus I consider ourselves at peace. For the moment our army carries the banner of Rostov.
But in any case, we go with whatever Rostov decides. They decide to end the war, we would go home as there is nothing to do for us anymore.
As I told the Swedish King: If you do not recognise mercenaries, you should declare war on them. I for myself don't think that a declaration of some sort is replacing a proper declaration of war.
For that matter Khazar considers herself not be at war with any nation at this point in time. Despite my rectification of how we see mercenaries and what has to be done to un-recognise mercenary status, no nation so far has declared war on Khazar. Therefore I assume we are accepted as mercenaries.
Consequence being a mercenary is: We do not participate in negotiations but we rather take the view of our contractor. Once he signs a cease fire, war lapses from our side instantly.
I hope I have elucidated our point of view and how we would end hostilities: It all is on the shoulders of Rostov.
Kind Regards
Dorenn de Almhuin, Khagani of Khazar
