The Queen of Poland has declared that mercenaries are no longer accepted, so I'm assuming that Hungary voluntarily goes to war against us. Hungary has committed to the Polish queen stood by and sent troops who are currently on a Saxon county and fight against the Saxons. Hungary is thus a legitimate target, just like any dirty, buggy, Polish, Serbian, Lithuanian, Swedish or Prussian province!

If you do not want war, then go home and keep you out!

This is a serious matter and I ask thee how we shall proceed. According to Paragraph 5, it was agreed upon peace for 5 years and this peace was broken by the above mentioned countries. I would like to ask, whether every signee is clear about that this peace should be enforced by us. It must be also clear, that if not all remaining signees are willing to declare war on Saxony, Croatia and Serbia and Hungary that there is little chance to enforce the peace. Khazar alone could not master 4 countries at the same time where each one of them is bigger than Khazar itself.

I would therefore humbly ask about your intentions.

After the declarations from participants in the war on the polish side that mercenaries will not be treated as such and that all parties will be considered at war, an outrage coming from a country that tries to hide behind the status of just defending, while openly participating in attacks on saxon held shires before saxon troops set foot on their vassal's soil is hypocritical.
And Serbia did openly participate in the attacks on Saxon held Brno and Javorníky.

Our army did its best to avoid fighting in the Thess region, evidence for which is the fact that we used the Pecheneg army as the pathfinders in these foreign lands. The Pecheneg, being on friendly terms with the locals, knew the route and we were following them. However, there was an ambush by the local garrison, who had orders to attack Croatia and our army. The confusion that followed, evidenced by the fact that the Pecheneg fought on the side of the garrison, shows that our troops did what they could in order to protect the population. Unfortunately, the local garrison was under different orders and attacked us, which resulted a battle.

After the fighting a saxon sherrif was left to keep the presence of order in the region while our armies pass through after which control will be relinquished and the nearby hungarianforces can return the province into their nation's administrative structure.

Having said this, I do declare that Saxony and her allies in this war will avoid hurting the still rebuilding after the last war Serbian Empire, with possible exclussion of unfortunate territories that fall into the zone of our millitary operatons againt Polish territory. Only Serbia's actions can bring hurt and destruction to their lands as we will not stop focusing solely on our purpose of the current military campaign - to set Poland into fair treaty with the Rus nations and their claim of Lordship over the whole east of Europe.

Whatever your reason is, you have moved without reason. Any Hungarian armies visiting your enemy cannot be seen as a casus belli. This has not been specified in the treaty. If you happen to fight them, that is your problem. If you strike back at a Hungarian shire, you have to admit, that you escalated the conflict to a new higher level.

No excuses can be valid to break a treaty other than those specified in the agreement. Next time I suggest, you think ahead and propose a treaty to your liking. For the moment await the judgement of the remaining honourable signees.

To sum up: The invasion on Hungarian soil cannot be justified by any means, and talking about "Saxonian shire of Javorniky" is a not very swift attempt of manipulation, as it is a Polish shire for a long time. Ownership of the shires may only be changed as a result of a peace treaty, a capitulation or other kind of agreement, not just by marching with anybody's armies through an unprotected shire.

Saxons, Croats - move out of Hungary if you do not want to extend this bloodshed. Or have you just shown your true face to the world? We hope not.
