I, sovereign, Car Ljudislav of all Serbs and Magyars here by inform you that the Army of Order of the St.Mathew does not answer to me or the Serbian Empire nor do they wear colors of the Serbia but their own coat of arms (white orthodox cross on dark red shield).
Their lands in the middle east (Lebanon, Palestine and Sinai) are not the lands of the Serbian Empire but Order of the St.Mathew.
Their diplomacy are their own and are led by its Grand Master, Gruffudd.

I, sovereign, Car Ljudislav of all Serbs and Magyars or my predecessors only hold the right to disband the order from its service if I or they see that they've lost their ways, purpose or meaning.

Order has 10 members including its Grand Master and is not to have more.

The Grand Master has to be a Serbian Princ and he's selected by Serbian Emperor. Serbian Princ elected to be a Grand Master of the Order can choose to stay on both positions in the Serbian court (Grand Master and the Princ of the Serbian Empire), or choose not to.

Purpose of the Order is to Defend the Holy Lands in the Middle East, and the interests of the Orthodox Church. The Order is not to be involved in defending of any Nation or its assault, but can attack only non Christian Kingdoms (Nations that declare them selves Christian but are not accepted by the Orthodox Church are thought to be Heretics or Non Christians).
