Unfortunately, NO. Because Novogrod is more historcally accurate then Estonia for the year 1041 and no enough Estonian players wishing to play.

I also vote No.
As a footnote I didn't vote No because I have something against you guys, but because of the reason Maria has already mentioned: historical accuracy. But also because your castle cannot be implemented without bringing fundamental changes to the factions around you. I would have said Yes if there were a practical way to implement your new faction and for that I'm afraid you'll have to discuss it with the higher authority: Eddard and/or Hoern.
